Timings of RTGS and NEFT
Talking about the timings, the transactions the RTGS transactions are processed between 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on all the bank working days. For NEFT, the timings are 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Any transaction made after this time is processed on the next working day.

Minimum and Maximum Limit
To begin with, for NEFT there is no minimum amount that can be transferred, however, for RTGS, the minimum amount that can be transferred is Rs 2, 00,000.
In addition to this, both RTGS and NEFT has a maximum limit of Rs 5, 00,000 for the retail customers.
In case of corporate customers, the limit is increased to Rs 50, 00,000 for all the Vyapar account holders and the limit is Rs 500, 00, 00,000 for Vistaar Customers.
Charges for NEFT and RTGS
For RTGS transactions, the charges are Rs 5 for the amount below Rs 5 lakhs and the charges are Rs 10 for anything above Rs 5 Lakh. Talking about NET, the charges are Rs 1 for the amount up to Rs 10,000 and for the amount between Rs 10,000 to Rs 1 Lakh, the charges are Rs 2.
Similarly, the bank charges Rs 3 for any amount below Rs 2 Lakh and for anything above Rs 2 Lakh, the charges are Rs 5. It should be noted that GST is an addition in all the cases.
