  • Sir today i.e on 8/2/2022, I visited Achrol sub-post office IN Jaipur Rajasthan to open a KVP Account. It was just 11:50 PM. They gave me the Account opening form and once I filled the form and was about to give the cash for the Account opening, they told me its time over 12 PM is the Cutoff time for Account opening. The Behavior is very rude and rough. Similar circumstances I had experienced here many times. If this is the attitude in post offfice, people will lose hope in this Government-backed offices. Please take the necessary action

  • This is to bring to your kind notice that the postal system is losing its hold on providing services to customers. Earlier there is a speed post counter at Vijayawada railway station which provided good services 24 hours. That counter had been removed and
There are no such services in Vijayawada junction. I request to revive the services and protect the Indian Postal System.
