Are you a resident of Kerala? How do you make the payments of electricity bill? Kerala State Electricity Board Limited or KSEB is well aware of the inconveniences faced by the consumers while paying the bills.
People have to stand in long queues for making the bill payment which may take hours. It is not possible to waste hours a day on the bill payment. KSEB introduced advanced facilities for the consumers with which the consumers will save their time and effort.
KSEB accepts online payment which is the easiest and convenient way of depositing the bill amount.
KSEB accepts online payment from almost every bank. If you have an account with SBI and hold Debit or Credit Card, you can make the payment in few minutes. You can also transfer the billing amount via online banking.
You must have the Consumer Number and the Bill Number to make the payment successfully. You need to follow the step-by-step procedure to make KSEB Online Payment through SBI net banking or Debit card.
Steps to follow For KSEB Bill Payment through SBI
Step 1: KSEB introduced ‘KSEB Quick Pay‘ portal, which is easy to access on computer or mobile. Visit the official portal! https://wss.kseb.in/selfservices/quickpay.
Step 2: The page will display two options, i.e., Consumer Number and Mobile Number. Select one of the two options.
If you select Consumer Number, you need to enter the 13 digit Consumer Number and click on ‘Submit to see the bill‘ button.
If you select ‘Mobile Number‘, enter the ten-digit Mobile number registered with KSEB and click on ‘Submit to see the bill‘ button.
Step 3: In the next page, due bill amount will be displayed on the screen. You have to enter the registered email ID and Mobile number. Then, click ‘proceed to payment‘ button.
Step 4: The portal will display the payment page where you need to select the applicable Mode of Payment, i.e., Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking. Select one of the options and select SBI as the bank.
Important Note: You must keep the Debit/Credit Card and the registered mobile number with you while making the payment. If you select Net Banking, you have to login entering the Login ID.
After selecting the payment mode, you have to enter the amount and click on the ‘Pay Now‘ button.
You will receive the OTP which you have to enter in the provided box. The screen will display a message stating successful payment.
It will take only five minutes to make the payment. Don’t waste your time standing in the queue for long hours accessing easy online payment method.
