  • Start filling your form and remember the following things
  • Write the name of the branch of your account, in the place under the business unit.
  • Mention the date, on the day you are filling the form.
  • Write the name of your account in the place of “Title of account“.
  • Mention the name of the applicant. For a joint account, mention all the names of the applicants.
  • Write the account details like an account number.
  • Mention the minimum initiation of SMS alerts and specify your address and mobile number.
  • Sign your signature where it is needed.

How to Change the Mobile Number in Jammu and Kashmir Bank?
