11/02/2023 I am depositing a cash amount is 124500/- but the cash was stuck in the deposit machine. 3 days have already done but my money was not credited. What can I do now? Please help me.
I was withdrawing cash from the ICICI ATM at Rama Park Bus Stand. After,
withdrawing 5000rs. cash, two men came inside the ATM and said that your
transaction is not completed and canceled the transaction. I checked several
times but it is completed. Meanwhile, they replace my debit card with a
duplicate one and went from the ATM. After, 5 minutes I received transaction
messages from the bank. They withdrew all amount and empty my bank.
I have submitted a request for reversal of the transaction to my ICICI Bank account number 0884506362 . The amount is RS 3600. More than 5 months have passed but ICICI Bank Soham plaza Manpada Thane Maharashtra has not taken any action
I have submitted indemnity form for the reversal of the transaction to my ICICI Bank account no 088401506362. Five months have passed but the ICICI Soham plaza Manpada Thane West branch is not taking any action. please do the needful.

As I am V TIMOTHY PRO OF DEEKSHITA SECURITY holding a loan a/c no. LIBNG00041263120. As I needed to close the loan and spoken to the ICICI bank branch for the past 3months due to inconvenience of the services and received a letter from the bank Dated 17-12-2021 letter reference no. S21111614876 For the amount of closure (2,89,561). I have paid the total amount as mentioned in the letter before the date given. I paid the amount same (2,89,561) through NEFT Transaction details as follows:
Transaction Date: 24-11-2021
Particulars: RTGS-V TIMOTHY PRO OF DEEKSHITA/KARBH21328111005
Still, my account has not to be closed hence I am following with the branch as well as the contact no. Mentioned in the letter.
