  • My account has been frozen without any reason at all. I have asked for closure of my bank account and refund of money as it is a sham in the name of a Bank.

  • Very very bad bank. No customer service. Bank is taking a minimum of 90 days to just issue a dues certificate to the customer. Rude and nonprofessional collection team. Very bad experience. If you complain against the collection team then they will intentionally harass you for services.
