Step 1: Activate the mPassbook on your Smartphone
The first step is to install the mPassbook of PNB on your smartphone. When you launch the application for the first time, you will have the option to choose language and add the PNB account Customer ID.
If you are unsure about your Customer ID, you can find it on your PNB passbook. Next, you have to enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and click the proceed button. Also, ensure that you are entering the same mobile number as that registered with the PNB bank.
Step 2: Register for mPassbook app
The next step is to register yourself to the mPassbook portal. For this, you need to verify your mobile number. Next, the app will ask you to set MPIN. Upon setting the MPIN, you will need to click on proceed.
This will get you registered to the PNB mPassbook facility.
Step 3: Access the PNB App
Re-launch the PNB mobile app. Now, log in using your MPIN to access the PNB mPassbook app. Upon logging in, you will be able to check your available balance.
