Steps to Update BOB KYC Online
Step 1. Open any secure browser on your system (mobile or computer), type ‘Bob KYC Online‘ and click the search button. Click on the first link “Periodic Updation of KYC (ReKYC)” that appears in the search result.

Now Click on ” Online Re-KYC through Web Portal” link or visit directly https://onlinecasa.bankofbaroda.com/rekycweb/#/core/actInquiry.
Step 2. Enter your Bob bank account number (14-digit number) and your registered mobile number on the respective fields. Enter captcha for verification purpose and Click on the ‘Generate OTP‘ button.
Step 3. An OTP will be sent to your mobile number. Enter that code and click on the ‘Submit‘ button.
Step 4. You’ll be redirected to a new page. Here, choose ‘Customer ID‘ from the dropdown list. Now your name and last kyc updated date will be displayed. Now just click on proceed button.
Step 5. Next fill up family details, occupation and income details. Then click the proceed button.
Step 6. Now one time password will be sent to your BOB registered mobile number. Enter OTP and click on “validate” button.
Step 7. In Rekyc mode selection page, choose Aadhaar ekyc Authentication and click the proceed button.
Step 8. Under Rekyc mode, tick mark the both options and click the proceed button.
Step 9. Now check your all personal details carefully and tick the first option. Now click the proceed button. Consent will be sent to registered email. Open email inbox and cilck the link to confirm the process. Again click the proceed button.
Step 10. In the next field, enter your Aadhaar number and click the generate OTP button. Now tick the both options and again click the Generate otp button.
Step 11. Enter Otp and click the submit button.
Step 12. You address details will be fetched in next page, verify the address details. Tick mark the second option if your address is correct and click the Proceed button. Otherwise, you can edit the address with latest address.
Step 13. On next page click and accept CKYC Declaration, FATCA Declaration and Rekyc Declaration, the click “Proceed” button.
Step 14. Finally enter the verification code sent to your registered mobile number and click the “Submit” button.
A success message your request for Re-kyc is received and shall be processed within 2 working days will be displayed on the next screen.
Useful Tips While Doing KYC in Bank of Baroda Account Online
- Keep your Aadhaar card handy while starting the KYC process.
- Make sure you have registered for an Aadhaar card and bank account with the same mobile number. Also, this mobile number should be activated to receive OTP.
- The KYC service is only available for Indian residents who are above 18 years old.
- It will take 4-5 minutes to complete the whole process online and KYC update confirmation will be sent within 15 days.
