Register Mobile number in Central Bank of India Through ATM
- Visit the nearby CBI atm and swipe your ATM card.
- Now enter ATM Pin to proceed ahead.
- Next click on others option available at the bottom part of the ATM screen
- Next click on Mobile Reg option.
- Now enter the mobile number and click on confirm. You need to confirm the same mobile number again.
- Your mobile number will be registered successfully.
Steps to Register/Change Mobile number through Branch
#1: The process involves writing an application to the Branch Manager of the home branch of Central Bank of India. Write an application mentioning the requirement, i.e., linking the mobile number with the account.
#2: Visit the home branch and make sure to carry the Aadhar Card copy, Bank Passbook front page copy, and the application. Self-attest the document’s copies and attach it with the application.
Submit the documents along with the application.
Important Note: You must even carry the original documents to the bank as the officials may ask for the original documents for verification purpose. Once activated, you will receive SMS alerts on your new mobile number.
#3: Within two days the mobile number will get linked with the account, and you will receive the confirmation via SMS.
Note: Instead of writing an application to the bank manager, you can fill up the KYC form and request for changing or registering the mobile number, at the bank’s branch. All other steps are the same.
Carry the self-attested copies of the documents along with the originals. Make sure to keep the mobile number updated with the account always for accessing the best banking services.
