I have paid my credit card bill but it will not update after 3 days also, the worst service is from hdfc non-bank payment through billdesk payment gateway. I have paid my credit card bill on 3/Spetember/2022 but up to the 6th my payment was not shown anywhere, my bill was dated is 6th, so I lost my penalty amount.
Amazon has initiated my refund 20 days ago n they have also provided me with REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER (RRN) but I haven’t received my amount in my acc (SBI) so according to Amazon they are telling me to fill charge dispute form but my branch is telling me that we can’t do anything with charge dispute form. Please help.
