3. Address Proof Document- Ration card/ Property documents/ Bank passbook/ Pension documents/ Gas connection bill
4. Caste Certificate- Certificate of SC/ST/OBC
5. PAN card issued by the Income Tax Department
6. Birth certificate
7. Highest Educational Qualification Certificates

You can apply for Tatkal Passport and receive either within 1-7 days of applying or within 8-14 days of applying. The fees/charges for both the options vary. Visit the official website of Passport to obtain the instruction booklet.
