Bank of India at S V.ROAD ANDHERI doesn’t adhere to the timing on this website. They close the main door by 1.55 pm and the customers are made to wait outside in the sun for 40 minutes. A very bad experience. This is their service to their customers.

I faced a bad experience. I reached today before lunchtime 07.12.19 but there was a cashier lady here and the manager of this branch was also supposed to deposit my work with them, but these people refused. When asked, the manager said that the work here is like this.

This branch opens for customers at 10.30 am. kindly inform me in between which time duration customers entry in this branch for financial transactions.
Boi time is 10:00 am to 5:00 pm…i face bad experience with BOI Godhra branch, Panchmahals, Gujarat. I went to the bank and entered at 4:00 and I filled the deposit form at 4:05 PM… And gave it to the cashier. He did not accept the form and said to me time is over… They are own rules in every branch of India….. Cheated

I am a customer of boi, dabcha(4312) branch. I just want to know that whether all customer services of this branch are unavailable during the lunch hour or the employees take lunch in rotation so that there is someone to attend the customers during lunch time.

The Bank of India are non-co-operative they have there owned timing to lunch, that’s why I am going to close my account from there…..
The branch which locks the gate surely has no extra room to have lunch peacefully so they have to eat sitting at the counters and they don’t like customers glaring at them..banks don’t have fixed lunch hour but they do get lunch break and the timing differs from branch to branch…bankers have loads of back-office work at the end of the day so the business hour for customers stops at 4 and in cities it may be 3:30 ..they all day cant entertain customers they’ve got other tons of work as well which is supposed to b completed before closing the day or maybe night…most of the banks allot just 4-5 staffs to run the branch including attendee and pts and how the hell they are supposed to take breaks on shift..?? People don’t have a problem with other govt departments and its staff who hardly show up at the office..they don’t have a problem with pathetic Railways they just have a problem with bankers and their lunch.

At the time lunch, 2.30 pm branch manager instructed to office boy to remove out all customers outside the office and to close the shutter.
All ladies and senior citizens are suffered.
I had to get a left done. nobody was on any counter. When I said that they all cannot have lunch at the same time, the branch manager Mr. Suresh Kadam along with other staff also started cribbing about lunch time and lunch hours.. Staff is very unfriendly and non-cooperative. This bank and staff are Above RBI rules, they seem.

I have visited in BOI Malviya Nagar. They relax and do their lunch by talking and gossiping they are not following RBI rule nor the rotational part.
As there is the rule for no launch break in Indian banks there should be someone in the counter or they should go for launch rotationally…..
Yes I respect humanity but there are various security forces who are not even getting time to take food in somedays….compare to them….

Today I visited BOI koparkhairne their lunch. Time is 1:30 to 2:00 but RBI rules says their is no specific time for lunch. Counter should remain open all the time.
RBI not preferring any lunch break to banks so banks can ignoring you more than 20 mintues you make file against bank
