It is a worst servicing providing bank i have ever seen. There is no rotation system for lunch. Employees behave like customer has no importance at all.
Worst Bank and its services I have applied for my debit card it been 6 months they are unable to send me a card for some or other reason. finally, I took a call to close account form this stupid bank.
Bullshit customer service, Blocked debit card and issued replacement card after 3 days when I called to customer service to know the status they said they ur replacement card request is not placed so u will need to visit brach…., worst customer service I ever experienced with.
