Very well explained all aspects of balance inquiry. I have a problem at hand. Bank has sent me a message. it says ” your KYC has been updated”. This has happened without my knowledge. It could have some implications later. Now it is Lock-down, I am a heart patient and aged 78 years can not move out to my branch. I have no Email address of the branch so that the branch can be told that I had not requested for any KYC update , how have they done on their own? could you help me providing the Email address of your SBI branch of Defence Colony, Dehradun, Uttarakhand? Thanks.
