Irrespective of all the comments stated I have a completely different opinion for Axis’.I am an existing SBI customer so far but had to avail axis card due to some reasons and now I hold accounts in both the banks. However, whenever I visited any of the axis branches, they have always assisted me with whatever help I needed.Staffs/representatives are mild. Customer handling is great!
It’s a very painful to all officers I,e axis management will be no rule & regulations of officer. It’s only profit shows but All office are worked harder and working on 8.00am to 9.00pm there is no lunch timing will be fixed . It’s only provided lunchtime in higher management.they will be worked in office-heavy stress to work. Even women are worked at 8.00am to 6.00 pm in regulations 1952. But in this scenario they have worked at 11.00 pm at night. It is a very painful life. It will be considered or not . It’s very unethical in nature. I have to complain about this matter so axis management will warning letter or dismissed in this organization. Also do you support me plz like the page.
I have been asked for giving my fingerprints and signature verification but No fingerprint machine is working for 1 month. still, the small machine id not repaired I m unable to get my chequebook & the Debit card. the employees of the Bank also said many things do not work n customers are harassed.
Our joint a/c in axis bank was debit close for not updating pan for two a/c holder out of four without intimating the above shortfall in our registered mobile& mail.
While we open our family joint. a/c in 2001 in uti & bank at that time open on Sunday also.
Now axis banking service is very poor we are thinking to close our a/ c in this bank.
Now fully digital small bank service is better than any private& PSU bank & we can update our KYC online through adhar base full KYC banking & there is no chance of a debit freeze in this bank for pan re-updation since this can be updated digitally.
i went ATM to deposit my cash to my account and my money 12000 went inside its not came back and my money struck and I got receipt in receipt its showing am deposited Money i give complete to axis bank near AS ROA NAGAR on march 2 till now no update no one is responding bad services this what u r treating to customer really u r giving good services plz keep good services to customer
