Steps to Transfer Money from PNB One
- Open your application and log in with your MPIN or your fingerprint. Make sure you already have created the account in the application.
- On the home page, you can get a section called “Pay and Transfer”. Under this section, you’ll get options like fund transfer, UPI and pay-to-contact. There will be other options too but these three are the mostly used options to transfer money from PNB One app.
Money transfer from PNB One via UPI
- To use the “UPI” option, click on the tab. From the next screen, you need to check the box to agree with the terms and conditions. Then, click on the “Continue” button.
- Enter your TPIN and then a success message will be displayed. You need to create a VPA now.
- Click the “Manage VPA” button from the bottom of the screen. Click on the “OK” button if a pop-up appears on the screen.
- From the bottom-right corner of the screen, click on the ‘+’ icon to create your unique VPA to transfer money from the PNB One app.
- Click on the “Account number” dropdown and choose your account number. If you have multiple accounts linked with the app, choose one. Otherwise, there’ll be one account to choose from. Verify the last four digits of your PNB account number.
- Click on the virtual address field to create an address. This can be anything of your choice. As you finish, click on the “Continue” button to proceed further.
- From the next screen, verify your bank account number and the newly created VPA. Click on the “Add VPA’ button to confirm. A success message will be displayed.
- Now, click on the “Send Money” button to transfer any amount from the PNB One application. Otherwise, you can go back to the home screen and again click on the “UPI” tab to choose the “Send money” option from the list. There will be two options “Pay via VPA” and “Pay by account and IFSC”.
- If you choose the first option, you need to enter the receiver’s VPA and set the transfer amount. You can add remarks too. Click on the “Continue” button to proceed.
Verify the details from the next screen and click on the “Submit” button. Enter your TPIN to complete the transaction. - If you choose the second option, you need to enter the receiver’s complete bank account number and the particular IFSC code. Then you need to enter your TPIN to complete the money transfer.
Money transfer from PNB One via Fund Transfer
- If you choose the “Fund Transfer” tab from the “Pay and Transfer” section, you’ll get multiple options on the next screen. Click on the “Quick Fund Transfer” option from the list.
- If the receiver’s bank account is in PNB, stay in the first section– “PNB a/c no”. Enter the account number, re-enter it to confirm and set the transfer amount. Ignore the next step and follow step 17.
- If the receiver’s bank account is in some other bank, click on the second section— “IMPS- IFSC”. You need to enter the receiver account number and re-enter it to confirm, the IFSC code, the account holder’s name (as present in the bank) and the amount.
- Click on the “View Summary” button. Verify all the details from the next screen and then click on the “Confirm” button.
- Enter the TPIN and then enter the OTP received in your registered mobile number. Click on the “Confirm” button.
- A success message will be displayed after processing the payment.
- Note that, with this method, you’ll be able to transfer 10,000 rupees only.
Money transfer from PNB One via “Pay to Contact”
- From the home page, click on the “Pay to contact” tab. Make sure the one you want to send money to has registered them to receive money. You should register yourself for that too.
- Click on the “Pay to contact” option.
- Enter the transaction amount and receiver’s mobile number in respective fields. Bank account number and registered name for that mobile number will be displayed automatically. Verify them once.
- Enter remarks and then tick the checkbox to agree with the terms and conditions. Click on the “Continue” button.
- Verify all the details once again from the next screen. Then, click on the “Confirm” button. Enter your TPIN and the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
- Click on the “Confirm” button and get the success message.
